THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach NC is the ideal spot to appreciate a coastal vacation. Mint Condition is only an 8-min. walk to attractions, bars, and eateries. This home is located in, "The Resort at OIB." Property owners and guests will savor an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool and private bathrooms in addition to the private pool in their backyard! The beach is a short 6-min. walk away and there is a handsome view of the ocean from the balconies and widow's peak.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This charmingly designed property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), corn hole boards, a tiki bar and an outdoor shower! Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living area. The second floor has a entirely supplied kitchen, a huge deck and a open living area to enjoy time with family and friends! The garage has a 2nd full size refrigerator and freezer for simple access. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays.
Additionally, this home comes with (14) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. This home has a keyless entry and an elevator to make the check-in process seamless!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all stays checking in on May 18th and checking out on September 9th. Get your ride on!

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on great feedback to propel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review.
