THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach NC is the ideal spot to savor a coastal vacation. Mint Condition is only an 8-min. walk to attractions, bars, and eateries. This home is located in, "The Resort at OIB." Property owners and guests will appreciate an oceanfront clubhouse with a private beach access, oceanfront pool and private bathrooms in addition to the private pool in their backyard! The beach is a short 6-min. walk away and there is a handsome view of the ocean from the balconies and widow's peak.
PROPERTY DETAILS
This charmingly designed property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), corn hole boards, a tiki bar and an outdoor shower! Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living area. The second floor has a completely outfitted kitchen, a sizable deck and a open living area to enjoy time with family and friends! The garage has a 2nd full size refrigerator and freezer for painless access. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays.
Additionally, this home comes with (14) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. This home has a keyless entry and an elevator to make the check-in process seamless!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be supplied for all stays checking in on May 20th and checking out on September 9th. Get your ride on!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Pool heating is an additional $100 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property inside or outside. if caught smoking on the premises you will incur a fee.
This property has security cameras located at front entrance.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early.
