RENOVATED Cavernous 1700 square foot spectacular unobstructed Ocean & Sound view Islander Villa, is located on the second floor and offers 4 huge bedrooms and with private full bath for each bedroom. BED LINENS & BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED! The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has two full beds to comfortably sleep 11. With the convenient elevator, access is painless and safer for kids and grandparents while making the dreaded unloading & loading of the family car a snap.

The Villa is a short walk to the beach and includes access to tennis courts, oceanfront community pool, ocean side tiki bar, and fine dining at the Islander Resort. After a full day at the beach, pool, or exploring all Ocean Isle Beach has to offer, your family will feel right at home with a sizable common gathering area, a well equipped kitchen, a high chair, a pack and play, a charcoal grille, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Blu-ray DVD player, Netflix capable, A.C., ceiling fans, & Wi-Fi.

The enormous east facing back porch offers a spectacular view of the ocean as well as the sound. In the morning you can sit with your coffee and savor watching the sunrise, in the afternoon appreciate the shade and ocean breeze as you take a break from the sun, and in the evening relax as you visit with family and friends to the sounds of the ocean in the background.
