Welcome to this wonderfully modernized home in the heart of Carolina Place! The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an office making it ideal if you have to work from home while in town. You'll adore the spiral staircase and open plan living spaces with soaring ceilings. Upstairs, there's a fun reading nook where you can comfortable up with a good book or you can appreciate some time outside on the covered front porch. Street parking is available in front of the home.

You'll appreciate the modern finishes and amenities throughout this home! The first thing you'll see when you walk in is the gorgeous spiral staircase leading to the loft area complete with a cozy bed, additional seating space, and a reading nook by the front window. There's a full bathroom off of the loft as well. Downstairs, the main living areas have an open floor plan and feels very roomy with the soaring ceilings that are open to the loft above. The living room has plenty of seating space for your group and leads right into the completely supplied kitchen which is ready for you to make a home cooked meal. There's bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula to savor your meals. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king size bed, and there is a full bathroom on the main level as well as a home office in case you have to work while in town. There's a washer and dryer available for use on the main level as well.

Guests will have access to the entire home and front porch. Please note that the owner of this property lives in the home as his primary residence and rents it out while he is travelling for work. The closet in the office, the huge dresser upstairs, and a few other spots in the home will still have his personal belongings in them, so please be respectful of his things.
There is still plenty of storage space available for you during your stay. He has left non-perishable items in the refrigerator and freezer, but there is shelf space available for you to use in both.

There is a second rental unit at the back of the home, but they have a completely separate entrance so there are no shared spaces.

Parking is available on the street in front of the home, but please don't block the surrounding driveways.

Good to Know Before Your Stay:

Verification & Rental Agreement
To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everybody, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required through SafeGuest.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.

A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.

Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, intelligent TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everybody is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not allowed in accordance with platform policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.
