This building was originally part of the horse stable section in the early years of Wilmington. During the mid-1990's the building was refreshed into 4 residential condos with a retail space on the first floor....currently Gallery Citrine Art Gallery.
During the great pandemic, we painstakingly restored our unit to bring the original building character back while adding Mid-Century Modern furnishings.

********Please note there is NO ELEVATOR in this building. To reach the unit, you must walk up stairs.*********

You will appreciate its eclectic vibe!! And remember....NEVER a Pet Fee or Pet Deposit charged! We want to travel with our doggie and want you to do the same!

This is a walk-up. There is NO ELEVATOR!

There is one parking pass included in the paved lot across the street. Any other cars will need to purchase parking tickets from the kiosk at the entrance to the lot.
