The condo has handsome vinyl plank wood-grain floor and comfortable furnishings throughout! There are ceiling fans in every room and central heat & air accepting for any level of comfort. The condo has a laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and roomy with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a enormous screened porch for outside seating to appreciate the coastal wildlife and spectacular course vistas. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. The master bedroom is located in the front of the condo floor plan adjacent to the main area of the condo.
