This fairway condo is on second level with expansive fairway and water vistas overlooking Sea Trail Maples Golf Course and is located ONLY 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is an unspoiled barrier island beach with fine white sand and a wildlife sanctuary on the west end. This condo location is convenient for both golf and beach enthusiasts looking for a calming vacation in a resort setting. The condo is non-smoking and has two bedrooms/two full baths with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a private adjoining bath. There are 3 flat panel TVs with a huge screen in the living room, WIFI and a DVD player for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment. The condo has gorgeous vinyl plank wood-grain floor and comfortable furnishings throughout! There are ceiling fans in every room and central heat & air accepting for any level of comfort. The condo has a laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and roomy with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a sizable screened porch for outside seating to savor the coastal wildlife and breathtaking course vistas. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. The master bedroom is located in the front of the condo floor plan adjacent to the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a private entry with and includes an additional seating area and kitchenette. The kitchenette area includes a sink, refrigerator and microwave. Free linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To find the best rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
