This unique new build in Historic Downtown Wilmington is ideal for huge groups wanting to experience all the city has to offer. Four tree-lined blocks from the Riverfront District, the home offers a handsome walk to some of Wilmington’s best eateries - Seabird, Dram Yard, Savorez and more. The home is appealingly located between the river and the beach - just a twenty min. drive to the waves of Wrightsville Beach, one of Travel + Leisure’s 25 Finest Beaches in the US.

The space
Roomy and light-filled with tall ceilings and unique accents, the Lookout sleeps up to 14 guests with 4 bedrooms and a lofted lookout. The home's design blends a modern aesthetic into the historically-inspired space - furnished with premium furnishings brands like Floyd and Crate & Barrel and styled with locally commissioned art from Modern Coast Co. Designed to accommodate enormous groups, the open floor plan features an upsized dining table, breakfast nook and 4-top kitchen island. The wrap-around porch includes loungers, and an eight-seat dining table - a great place to appreciate the coastal weather.

Sleeping Arrangements:
-Bedroom 1 - 1 king bed, and a private full bath with a soaking tub and a shower
-Bedroom 2 - 1 queen bed, a desk, and a private full bath
-Bedroom 3 - 2 queen beds, and a private full bath
-Bedroom 4 (downstairs) - 1 queen bed, a desk, and a shared full bath
-Bedroom 5/Lookout - Day bed with a trundle - 2 twin beds

???? Security Deposit: A $500 returnable security deposit is required for each reservation.

Check-In: Welcome home anytime after 4:00 PM using your keyless PIN code.

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM so our cleaning team can get to work making it ideal for the next guests.

A Quick Reminder: Please ensure your cars are moved at check-out time so our cleaning crew have a clear space to pull in. Unapproved late check-outs may incur a $200 fee.

Rental Agreement: Guests must sign the rental agreement and submit ID verification prior to arrival.

???? Parking Comfortably (Nun Street Details)

Parking downtown can be a bit tight, so we want to make sure you have a anxiety-complimentary spot! To keep our great relationship with our neighbors and stay aligned with town rules, we have a two-car limit on Nun Street.

Your Spots: There is space for two (2) cars directly on the street right in front of our home.

Have additional cars? No problem at all! There is plenty of complimentary parking available on the surrounding cross-streets.

Neighborly Appreciate: To keep the tranquility on the block, please avoid parking directly in front of the two homes to the RIGHT of us, and make sure not to block or park in the modest driveway to the LEFT of our front stairs (that's our neighbor's private property). Vehicles blocking our neighbors' spaces or driveways unfortunately risk being towed by the city.

Each floor has its own central heating and cooling unit. You can conveniently adjust the climate to your liking using the digital wall thermostats on each level.

Ceiling Fans: To use the fans, make sure the wall light switch is flipped ON, then use the handy remote control to set your ideal speed.

????️ Lookout Trundle Bed

Headed up the spiral staircase? The cozy daybed in the top lookout effortlessly converts into a comfortable trundle bed with two twin beds:

Gently slide the room's chair out of the way for clearance.

Grip the top of the daybed frame just above the drawers and pull it straight forward.

Once completely extended, just slide the top bed down onto the pulled-out frame, and you're good to go!

Cleaning & Bleach: To prevent accidental stains on fabrics or surfaces, please do NOT use bleach during your stay. Our professional cleaning crew takes care of all the deep sanitizing between guests!

Scents & Aromas: We ask that you please do not burn incense or diffuse essential oils during your stay. These scents can linger intensely and be very tough on the next guest if they have sensitive respiratory systems or allergies.
