• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

???? Smoke-Free Property: This is a completely smoke-complimentary home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

???? Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

???? Community Conveniences: The Community Conveniences (pool, grille, pickleball) are available to you between the hours if 8a and Dusk - please respect the times and help us be good neighbors.

???? Quiet Hours: Please observe peaceful hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will appreciate you for it.

???? Cleaning & Products: Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

????️ Scents & Candles: Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

???? Gatherings & Events: This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not events or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

???? Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is finished through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.
