First Floor
• Kitchen: Dining table with a leaf to accommodate seating for up to 10 people, 3 barstools, drip & Nespresso coffee makers, 1 high chair, 1 booster seat, suction plates, filtered water in the refrigerator, and all of the kitchen appliances, silverware, serve ware, and dinnerware needed for a comfortable stay.
• Living Room: comfortable seating with a intelligent TV featuring Youtube TV for streaming plus family games in the entertainment center.
• King Bedroom: This room features a king bed, constructed-in wardrobe, dedicated workspace, and a TV.
• Playroom: As described above, the playroom has a rock climbing wall, monkey bars, climbing net, train & car table with tracks, magnet wall, play kitchen, fort building, cash register, toy rocket ship, tree home building, and little people activities.
• Full Bathroom: This bathroom has a walk in shower. In the closet, you'll find a brand new, full-size washer & dryer.
• Patio: Dining table with seating for 10

Second Floor
• Bunk Room: This room has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds with stairs separating them. The stairs are drawers for additional storage. You'll also find a constructed-in reading nook with comfortable pillows and fun lights, as well as bean bag chairs. This room has a TV.
• Full Bathroom: This bathroom is connected to the bunk room and the hallway. The bathroom features a shower with a bath tub and double vanity.
• King Bedroom: This room features a king bed, reading chair, TV, and private patio with 4 lounge chairs & a fan. In the closet, you'll find a mini crib & infant changing pad.

Outside:
• On the bottom level, we have 2 hammock chairs, 2 wagons, beach chairs, and beach toys available for use
• Parking available for 4 cars under the home

This property is a duplex. One side of the duplex is occupied permanently.

Ample Beach parking is available along the main road and at the beach accesses. Off-Road driving on beaches is allowed in certain areas.

Golf Cart units are available locally. Please let us know if you are interested and we can help coordinate.

An additional liability waiver agreement is required to be signed, to stay in the property.

The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We have one camera in the car port that monitors the entrances to the home.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Southport area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.

  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
