Summer Salt has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 11. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a deck off the dining area on the street side, and a sizable oceanfront deck. The upper floor has 3 more bedrooms, a full bath, and an oceanfront balcony off the upstairs primary bedroom. On the ground floor, there's an additional shower in the laundry room that is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Appreciate your front row seats to sunrises and sunsets from the cavernous oceanfront deck! The deck offers rocking chairs, chaise loungers, and a picnic table.

The Town of Oak Island has invested in one of its biggest beach nourishment projects in decades, bringing fresh sand and a wider beach to the island. The work was just finished this spring before sea turtle nesting. This project greatly enhances beach space and shoreline protection for all beach lovers.
