If you are bringing your pet please let us know, as the pet fee is $175/pet/week. Violators are subject to eviction without refund and responsible for additional cleaning charges, at a minimum of $500.00 and could be substantially higher. Where dogs are allowed, there is a $175.00 fee per dog per reservation. Dogs must be left in a crate if you are not at the home, and they are not allowed on any of the furnishings. You are responsible for all clean up in the yard or indoors if needed. Failure to clean up along with any pet-related damages will result in additional charges.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

• If there's a certain Southport beach you simply love, search for rentals that are either near by, or those that cater to your needs.
• Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental.
• If your group is traveling with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly rental. Ask for information on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
