• Roomy 2 bedroom apartment in Carolina Beach (upper duplex level)
• Just a 5 min. walk to the beach at Ocean Blvd!
• Freshly Updated and Pet Friendly!

The Space
• Two King Bedrooms and Two full bathrooms with full laundry amenities
• Front porch with 4 rocking chairs and string lights
• Sizable, well equipped kitchen with all standard amenities including and reverse osmosis water filter. Ice maker is also hooked up to reverse osmosis filter.
• High-speed WiFi & Intelligent Roku TV’s
• Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available if desired. Both are stored in the second bedroom closet.
• 9 foot ceilings & sizable windows throughout the space
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.
• When pulling into the driveway & facing the home from the street, please park only on the left side of the driveway. The basement apartment is used as a modest office space, and it is assigned the right side of the driveway.
• No entry is allowed into the garage because it is used as office space/storage in conjunction with the basement apartment. We apologize for any inconvenience
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

Pet Fee:
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Family Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $150 pet fee is supplied as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-returnable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 3 dogs; no other animals allowed.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be completely housebroken.
• Dogs are not allowed on furnishings or linens.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

When to visit & When to book:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. Book your rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.   • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
