Appreciate our unit with laminate wood floor throughout, tile in baths, upgraded kitchen and bath cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vanities with granite tops, and updated furnishings and furnishings. The kitchen is entirely equipped with Keurig coffee maker (and drip coffee maker), dishes, cookware, silverware, everything you need to prepare home cooked meals. Bedroom 1 has two queen beds and private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also has two queen beds and private bath with tub/shower combo. Guests of this unit also have the added benefit of owner’s amenities including use of the pool (seasonal), tennis & pickleball courts, basketball, and outdoor charcoal grilles/picnic tables.
