Appreciate the heart of Carolina Beach at Cabana De Mar from Oceanfront. Spend the morning at the beach with passage from a private community boardwalk. If you need a break from the sand, you can lounge at the oceanfront pool. The kids will savor splashing in the pool and viewing the beautiful fireworks every Thursday nighttime in the summer. Walk two blocks to all the action at the famed Carolina Beach boardwalk where you can eat ice cream, visit a souvenir shop, purchase a new Tshirt, and try our Famous Britts Donuts, and appreciate many bars and eateries. Inside our compact condo, you definitely won’t forget you are on vacation with an unbeatable ocean front view from your living room. Don't worry, groceries are a snap with elevator access to your floor. Cabana Suites 311 can’t wait to be the one you choose to make forever memories in. 

Ground Level:
Our building has security cameras monitoring the parking lot and pool.

Gated parking lot entry. First come, first serve covered parking under the building with an overflow lot across the street. Elevator access. Pool and Beach Access.

Property Level:

Hallway to Living room with ocean front glass wall.  (The oceanfront balcony is currently off limits as the sliding doors need to be replaced.) Queen couch sleeper and side chairs 
Primary Bedroom Suite with king size bed, intelligent tv, and private ensuite bathroom with a tub shower.
Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and access to another full bathroom with a step-in shower.
Totally equipped kitchen, washer and dryer closet.

Security Cameras are located at the parking area, back porch, and pool at this property.

Rental Policies:

In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. 

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm
Check out is by 10 AM.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
No family pets allowed

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are rented again, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. During the summer months, the Boardwalk is bustling with the sound of music, carnival rides, bingo, family nights, and events like the weekly fireworks and concert series. Rent a Jeep, bicycle, or golf cart as the most convenient ways to navigate the island. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.   • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself.
