Holden Beach is a part of a barrier island chain located along the southeastern coast of NC. It is one of the best rated, least busy, and most charming family beaches found. The town of Shallotte is a 10 min. drive away with eateries, grocery and department stores. Within an hour drive to Myrtle Beach, SC, you can relax on the beach during the day and drive to Myrtle Beach at nighttime to play!
