All amenities of home have been supplied! Sorry no family pets. Please don’t ask. Thank you!

2 private bedrooms with full bathrooms, pull-out couch (twin sized bed), private balcony, and completely equipped kitchen! Pet complimentary environment.

Elevator in building. Entire beach front condo, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, entirely equipped with washer/dryer & gated parking spaces (2-first come, first serve) under the building with parking passes supplied. $100 fee for lost or not-returned parking passes. NO FAMILY PETS

No towels or clothing over balconies (outside furnishings ok)
Please do not feed birds off the balcony
Please follow check-in & check-out procedures closely
Please do not boost the thermostat more than 1-2 degrees at a time
Please do not wash off make-up on towels/washcloths; only disposable wipes
Please do NOT put extremely sandy clothing or towels in washer or dryer
It is prohibitive to allow kids or pets on the balcony without adult supervision at ALL TIMES!
