Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors bothering your life at home. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would've never otherwise known about!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Double-check the property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
