Immerse in coastal bliss at our 2BR, 2BA condo with ocean vistas. Featuring a roomy, open design with a calming coastal vibe, it's ideal for relaxation. The master features a comfortable king bed and en-suite bath, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen and bunk beds, ideal for kids. The sizable dining table and humongous sectional couch cater to meals and movie marathons alike. Essentials like a washer/dryer, clean linens, towels, and starter supplies (coffee supplied!) ensure a hassle-complimentary stay. With Roku intelligent TVs, a treasure of games, and books, entertainment is at your fingertips. Savor a carefree beach vacation with every detail catered for your comfort.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire condo (with the exception of two modest privately locked closets), our storage unit with beach gear, community pool and grilling areas.

Our condo is just one mile from the Ocean Isle beach Pier, mini-golf & park with a splash pad and playground. Appreciate everything Ocean Isle beach has to offer year round:

☀️ SUMMER - Friday nighttime concerts, movies in the park, Tuesday outdoor markets, mini-golf, diverse dining options, coffee stores, ice cream parlors, Museum of Coastal Carolina, and ample fishing opportunities. This family-friendly island is brimming with delightful activities!

???? FALL - Avoid the hordes and relax, taking advantage of all the benefits the off-season brings! Ocean Isle Beach is host to the annual NC Oyster Festival every October.

As one of the premier NC Brunswick beaches, Ocean Isle Beach is a 50-min. drive to Wilmington and within 45 mins. of both Southport and Myrtle Beach, where you can discover an array of attractions, indulge in shopping and golf, savor delectable dining experiences, and immerse yourself in the local ambiance.

We are part of an HOA and have important rules to be mindful of:
-Family Animals are NOT allowed
-There is NO SMOKING in our unit or anywhere on the Sandvillas property premises
-Golf carts, boats or trailers are NOT allowed in the Sandvillas parking lot
-Community pool is open from April-October. Rules are posted and should be followed by ALL guests to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everybody. Our pool is not heated or lit, so no swimming after dark per state law.

Our condo is on the second floor, up four short flights of stairs. We do not have an elevator.
