• The community swimming pool is seasonal and not heated.
• Located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs. There is no elevator.
• One assigned parking space is supplied from May through September, and a parking pass is required.
• Golf carts are not allowed.
• Electric car charging is not allowed at the property.
• The condo is non-smoking, and family pets are not allowed.

By booking, you agree to follow the home rules below and any applicable building or community guidelines during your stay.

Booking and Occupancy:

Parking & Vehicles
