This vacation rental welcomes up to 3 dogs per reservation year-round.

Five TV's (digital cable), DVD player, wireless Hi-Speed internet. Two covered porches with broad vistas of the Atlantic, outdoor dining table with seating for eight and dune top deck with constructed-in seating. Luxury vinyl floor. Gorgeously decorated throughout with a well-equipped kitchen (gas stove, two ovens, wine refrigerator, Keurig). Sizable kitchen island with seating of four besides the dining table with seating of six. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and Roku TVs. Two oceanfront bedrooms on 1st floor have private accesses to oceanfront deck to savor the vistas. Dogs allowed year round. Constructed in 2018 and features an elevator for guest use.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are also worth visiting.   • Summer is high season in the Southport area. To get the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Southport restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.

  • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your vacation.
  • On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to inspire new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
