Covered porches on the front and back of both living levels are ideal for morning coffee, afternoon breezes and evening drinks. Outside, guests can appreciate the private heated pool, tiki bar and outdoor shower.

An elevator serves the home’s living levels, making it easier to bring in suitcases and groceries. Garage parking is available for one to two cars, along with EV charging through a Tesla Universal Wall Connector and a NEMA 14-50 Level 2 charging outlet.
