For a really great beach experience, come stay at our oceanfront condo on Carolina Beach! You'll walk in and say "Wow" once you see the view. When you notice all the windows and glass sliders we have overlooking the ocean, you'll understand why we think this is one of the best condos on the whole island- there is no better place to appreciate your morning cup of coffee (or evening glass of wine) than our deck!

This is a third floor (top floor, Unit F) condo with broad vistas of the whole beach. We have three bedrooms, and 2 full baths. We have a huge ocean side deck, a balcony off the primary bedroom facing the inlet, and another balcony off the second bedroom with a side view of the ocean. The living room has a enormous wall mounted TV, Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and games for you to savor. The primary bedroom has a new (2023) king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds- a twin on top and full size bed below, and all three bedrooms have TVs. The kitchen is entirely supplied, and the unit also has a new (2023) washer & dryer for your convenience.

We are a little island but with tons of fun things to do: the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher Civil War museum, our famed boardwalk, two fishing piers, Britt's Donuts (an institution since 1939), Squigley's Ice Cream Shop, and Freeman Park - where you can drive out and camp right on the beach. We offer complimentary live bands, carnival rides, and fireworks during the summer and of course have some delicious seafood eateries. What more could you want? Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
• To book the largest vacation home within budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
