Holden Beach, is a modest coastal community in southeast North Carolina known for its welcoming locals, handsome beaches, and nesting sea turtles. It is the ideal destination for your next vacation. Minutes from the beach, Off the Hook is ready for you to come relax while you appreciate breath taking vistas from the widows watch.
PROPERTY DETAILS
Off the Hook is ideal for multiple families. This property comes entirely outfitted with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), tiki bar and outdoor shower. There is corn hole boards, and a jumbo sized connect four game awaiting you in the patio area. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The first floor has a pool table and wet bar, and the second floor also has a huge open living area and a convenient wet bar. This home is very cavernous. The elevator makes this home handicap friendly. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $80 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach property.
Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
Please note that tape, tacks, glue dots, or removable tape are prohibited from being placed on any wall.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers up to 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made.

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Reserve your Southport vacation home in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • Lock your rental home while you're away. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition.
