With its open floor plan, BHI Villa 45 showcases expansive ocean vistas from the family/dining room/master areas. The living area is comfortably outfitted with comfortable furnishings, a fresh color palette and a enormous Intelligent TV.

The gourmet kitchen has newly been refreshed with granite counter tops and features quality appliances. Stocked with everything you need, you will be able to make huge family meals in this space.

The master bedroom has an striking ocean view and features a king bed with bespoke headboard, constructed-in shelves, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a queen size bed along with a connecting bathroom with shower. The loft bedroom offers queen, plus a twin bed and features broad vistas from the adjacent balcony. A half bath is attached.

All bedrooms have Intelligent TVs.

Our villa is well-located in the complex with a sizable lawn both in front of the villa and to the side of the place providing tons of space to play and savor a gathering around the outdoor grille. If the sun gets too bright, relax under the deck on the Adirondack chairs or on the hammock.

Two golf carts come with the rental - a 4-seater and a brand new 6-seater (purchased 2025).

Linens, towels (one set/person) and beach towels are supplied.

A high chair and pack n' play are also included.

Membership to the Bald Head Island Club is available via separate purchase with your rental. Price varies during the season.

A $300 non-returnable pet fee is required if a dog is included.

We had the opportunity to stay in Villa 45 for a couple of days this summer and thoroughly appreciated our stay! Splendid South Beach is a 5 min. walk and is wide and calm. We adored being right next to the BHI club and really adored strolling over for a delicious dinner one evening. The Villa was really cute, clean and fresh, comfortable and well supplied. We had some great morning bicycle rides with the the cruisers supplied with the Villa. The sunset from the deck cannot be beat. What a fantastic spot on this pretty island!
