The sprawling porch is enormous enough for everybody to have a seat and eat a meal at the table or play a card game while relishing in the sea breeze. This home features its very own private beach access with a wooden deck running from the back porch to the sand and an additional gathering area in the middle. The outdoor shower is conveniently located on the deck path, where you can rinse the salt and sand right as you exit the beach.

As you getaway indoors you will find an open concept living area outfitted with plenty of seating- a comfortable sectional couch and upsized chair with ottoman- and a sizable flat screen TV with a sound system to appreciate! Turn back toward the ocean and the vistas are countless through the windows. The kitchen is outfitted generously with refreshed stainless steel appliances and entirely loaded with everything that you would ever need to prepare your favorite dishes!

The bedrooms are complete with a King bed in the Master Suite, a Queen bed in the second room, and two sets of Twin bunk beds in the third room. The Master includes a full bathroom as well. A pet fee is applied for those traveling with a pet and is included in your total rental rate. $175 for the first pet and $50 for an additional pet. min. number of family pets allowed is 2.

We know you want to relax without any stops at the store when you get to the island. To get you started we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located in Oak Island, this vacation home is on the beach.
