Kick back your feet on the cavernous screened porch as you take in striking vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway in privacy and comfort or venture on to the attached partially covered deck to dine in the shade or catch some rays from the classic rocking chair. If you’d rather relax inside, the living room is furnished with a comfortable couch and loveseat, an armchair with an ottoman and a huge wall-mounted TV. Basic cable is available along with wireless internet so you can log into your streaming platforms to watch your favorite shows.

The dining area offers two dining sets, one seating six and one seating four, along with four bar-height chairs at the adjacent breakfast bar. The bright and modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a sizable gas range with double ovens, stainless steel appliances and a deep farmhouse sink ideal for washing up local produce or cleaning the catch of the day. An eye-catching sea turtle backsplash and fun nautical details add a touch of whimsy.

Each of the four bedrooms in this home features a private ensuite bathroom and direct deck access. On the lower level, the front bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and the bathroom is equipped with a standard tub/shower combo. The waterway side bedroom offers a king bed, a TV for personal entertainment along with a loveseat to watch from and a step in glass and tile shower in the bathroom. A laundry closet is also located in this room with a stackable full-sized washer and dryer. Upstairs, the waterway side bedroom is furnished with a king bed while the streetside bedroom has a queen. Each of the two rooms has access to a private balcony with constructed in bench seating. The attached bathrooms each offer step in shower stalls, and the waterway side bedroom also has its own TV along with vistas of the Atlantic from the balcony.

The lower level covered front porch offers a number of classic wooden rocking chairs along with upholstered porch furnishings so that you can appreciate the sea air in comfort. Beneath the home, you’ll find an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, along with a utilitarian additional bathroom complete with a shower stall and an additional washer and dryer. A ground level deck and seating area look out over the long private fishing pier, and a picnic table and gas grille are also located here for cookouts.

The private pier offers backwater fishing, and the floating dock has two cleats where you can tie up a boat (max of 18 feet in length) or kayaks so you can adventure on the water during your stay. There is also a fish cleaning station so you can prepare you catch right by the water. When you’re ready to hit the beach instead of the waterway, a short five-min. walk takes you to public beach access. Walk along the beach to The Pointe and wave to other visitors across the inlet on neighboring Holden Beach.
