House cleaning is included upon departure for one week stays or longer. House cleaning is additional for stays less than a week.

In addition, we can arrange for renters to purchase a guest membership at The Bald Head Island Club (including golf privileges). Please note that BHIC has a cap on the number of guest memberships per week.

• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a special rate.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
