This home is a pet-friendly home. While any good pet owner will know that its nearly impossible to remove all pet hair - we do our very best to keep the home complimentary of any dust and appreciate sprinkles from our furry friends. All family pets must be disclosed and accurately represented in your reservation. Failure to disclose will result in additional costs or eviction.

If you are allergic or comfortably offended by pet hair - this may not be the best property suited for your vacation. We are not responsible for pet-related complaints.

You must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present for the duration of the stay.

Smoking on premises is definitely prohibited. The yard has artificial turf and if damaged as a result of smoking/burns you will be charged $1,000 fee for repairs.

Our property does not have any kid safety features in place and may contain hazardous plants if consumed.

Cameras are used on exterior of the home to monitor guest compliance with home rules regarding # of guests and pets. Violators will be fined or evicted.
