Deck with furnishings to sit and appreciate the days and evenings at Oak Island, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grille, beach access one block to right, 1 ½ block to ocean. Books, games, and puzzles. Pack-n-Play, highchair. No dishwasher. Fenced in backyard. Off-season monthly units available. Two family pets allowed under 20 lbs.
