“Reset” at 308 Whale Head Way, a jewel of a bungalow that welcomes you with lush landscaping and a full wraparound porch. The main home has two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The private and inviting ground level crofter bedroom with full bath accepts for extended family or friends to be in the middle of all the fun and still have their own space.

All freshly refreshed in 2023, the "Serena and Lilly" ambiance will draw you in and you will immediately start to reset your world. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Cape Fear Station, a neighborhood in Bald Head Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher. How to get the best value:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • To find the best rental for your budget, we suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Southport attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Owners sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
