The cavernous living room and dining area have plenty of room for the entire family, with enough seating to savor meals together, play cards, or build puzzles.
The layout makes it ideal for two families to share. The two masters have king beds and the other two rooms have either pairs of twins or full beds. A unique feature is the kid's loft that's accessed by climbing a ship's ladder on a bedroom wall, featuring three beds and a half bath. It's a great place for the kids to get away from the parents - and the parents to get away from the kids. (Sometimes the key to a ideal family vacation.)
The furnishings draw rave reviews and are constantly being refreshed. The decks in front and back catch the sea breezes from all sides. The close by beach access, only a fast walk away, has one of the best beaches on the island.
For the past two decades, this home is famed (or infamous) as the site of the island's end of summer event every Labor Day. It's conveniently the biggest event on the island every year, proving there's plenty of room for your Ideal Family Vacation too.
