The public beach access is directly across the street from this property and guests will appreciate the convenience of the close by Veggie Wagon that has fresh local produce, fresh fruits, vegetables, snacks, premade meals to take to the beach, and island roast organic coffee.

The upper-level unit of this home features of 3-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms. The updated living area features an open concept great room which works wonderfully for gathering the family together. The modernized kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, and a roomy island with bar seating. The kitchen table seats six people and adjoins to the open living room which offers plenty of space to relax or savor your favorite movie. There is a Full-size couch bed that accepts the living room to double as an additional sleeping area for bigger families.

There is a covered, street-side porch complete with chairs, side tables, and rockers - a ideal for calming! The primary bedroom features a cozy King-size bed and private bathroom. There are two additional guest bedrooms that are furnished with Queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV so that you can spread out and catch up on your favorite shows.

Carolina Beach is located on the southeastern tip of North Carolina, on photogenic Pleasure Island. This family-friendly beach is ideal for surfing, fishing and collecting seashells. You are within walking distance to stores, eateries and the summer activities such as fireworks on the beach each Thursday, carnival rides and live music at the Boardwalk, weekly outdoor movies and farmer's market at the Lake. Stay Requirements: Minimum three nighttime stay in summer and 2 nights in cooler weather.

Parking: Parking for two cars with required passes.

Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-returnable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of family pets are selected. Nonrefundable costs are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on Vacation Rental By Owner and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty costs which are disclosed in House Rule #16.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
