Stunning, light airy bungalow steps away from the ocean. DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS at a pass through in the dune in front of my home.
Substantial rocking chair front porch and upper deck overlook the ocean.
All amenities including TV's in all bedrooms and great room. Nice sizable loft with two single beds. Dining table with seating for 8 and 4 bar stools. Bedrooms- 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twin sets. All new linens. Entirely equipped kitchen with all modest appliances ( Keurig, drip coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blenders, etc.) Charleston swinging bed on back porch. Linen service available on request. Gas grille. Dogs allowed (with pet fee). Four nighttime minimum except for the months of January, February and March which require 30 day minimum for a rate of $4000 for 30 days and 7 day minimum during June, July, and August and over any holidays.
