Inside, the open floor plan accepts ocean vistas from every room and includes a completely equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy sitting space with a queen sleeper couch.

The home is elegantly decorated with beach-inspired décor and includes three flat-screen TVs, expanded cable, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans for added comfort. The kitchen is well supplied and includes a Keurig coffee maker for simple mornings by the sea.

Pet Friendly: Two modest-medium sized dogs are welcome with payment of a pet fee.

Additional amenities include under-home parking, a private enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a charcoal grille, and a private walkway to the beach. This exceptional location accepts you to really do it all—fishing, shelling, walking to the point, and even visiting the iconic Holden Beach mailbox.

For weekly units, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and bath mats are included. Towels are not supplied but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.
