Welcome to Spectacular Ocean Isle! The Atlantic Ocean and a broad stretch of sand are mere steps away from this comfortable, light-filled condo in Ocean Isle Beach. This is a place to spend your days surfing, beachcombing, body boarding, and calming in the sun by the community pool. Feel coastal bliss at our beautiful second-row beach condo. The walkway to the beach is just a few steps away. Savor the striking sunset followed by relaxing in the modern living room with a sizable flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights. Prepare meals in the entirely equipped kitchen and appreciate listening to the ocean, sipping on your favorite drink on the balcony.

Retreat to one of two cozy bedrooms after a day of soaking up the salt air and sun, each with an attached bathroom. Outside, we have a community grille, and our community pool offers a invigorating getaway for a fast dip or relaxing in the sun. The pool is seasonal and maintained by the condominium HOA.

 

Property Level: We are a one-story condo located on the second level of the building. Stairs are required to reach the unit on the second level.

Living Room Porch: The Balcony is covered with multiple seating options and side tables for drinks.

Dining Area: Traditional dining table seats 4.

Laundry: Closet with Washer/Dryer inside unit

Primary Bedroom: Queen Bed, dresser, closet, Roku TV, ensuite bath.

Primary Bath: Shower, single vanity, toilet.

Guest Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 1 Full Bed, dresser, Roku TV, closet.

Guest Bath: Shower, toilet, single vanity.



Linens: Beds will be made and towels will be lying on the end of the beds.



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Golf Carts are not allowed at the complex. 



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Check Out is by 10 am.

We adhere to this policy, so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

House Rules:

No events such as weddings, bachelor's/bachelorette events, sororities/fraternities

No Smoking



Pool Notice: 

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Units/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: No Animals Accepted.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.



Things to Do:

Explore the pristine shoreline with a walk or indulge in water sports and nature hikes. Ocean Isle is a very family-aligned beach. Less than a mile to Ocean Isle Beach Fishing Pier, arcade, enormous park with basketball, tennis, volleyball, and pickleball courts, and playground. Delicious seafood eateries are close by. Located directly on the border of North Carolina and South Carolina’s coasts, Calabash is known as the “Seafood Capital of the World”. This modest fishing town originated "Calabash-Style" seafood, a distinctive style of fried seafood of clams, fish, shrimp, and oysters dipped in a light, flavorful batter and fried quickly. The Calabash River borders the southern part of town, where shrimp boats dock daily during the season, selling fresh-caught treasures. Nearby, swing through the trees at The Swamp Park, stargaze on rainy days at Ingraham Planetarium, take local fishing charters, and boating tours on the Calabash River.
