Holden Beach NC, is a modest coastal community in southeast North Carolina known for its welcoming locals, impressive beaches, and nesting sea turtles. Recognized as a top beach by USA Today, and one of National Geographic Traveler's Magazine top 10 family beach destinations, Holden Beach is the ideal destination for your next vacation. Not only does this home offer gorgeous oceanfront vistas, and a private beach access, but it's convenient location puts you mins. away from everything the island has to offer.

PROPERTY DETAILS
This oceanfront property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin an elevator and covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a huge private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), private beach access, hot tub and an outdoor shower! This home is equipped with a desk for remote workers. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The kitchen is completely outfitted and includes a Keurig and drip coffee machine for your preference. Each floor has a roomy living area with handsome ocean vistas. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. This home has keyless entry to make the check-in process fast and simple!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pool heating is available year-round for an additional $100 per nighttime or $500 total for 7-nights. Please call or e-mail us at least 2 weeks prior to your stay to stay.

Family Animals are not allowed at this property.

Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.

Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Holden Beach and Sailfish Park reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
