PROPERTY DETAILS
This oceanfront property comes completely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin an elevator and covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. There is a enormous private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), private beach access, hot tub and an outdoor shower! This home is equipped with a desk for remote workers. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. The kitchen is entirely outfitted and includes a Keurig and drip coffee machine for your preference. Each floor has a cavernous living area with alluring ocean vistas. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. This home has keyless entry to make the check-in process fast and painless!

Pool heating is available year round for an additional $100 per nighttime or $500 total for 7-nights. Please call or e-mail us at least 2 weeks prior to your stay to stay.

Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

When to visit Holden Beach & When to book:

  • In the Southport area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Summer months are high season in Holden Beach. Booking your vacation rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.
