The Neighborhood:
Sundance Cottage is arranged for a sizable family or two smaller families. Should you require more than four bedrooms, inform us! The Sundance Cottage conveniently shares a gated private driveway with its sister property, The Bluemoon Cottage!

Other Things to Note:
1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit
2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB
3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.
4. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
5. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A max. of 2 family pets are allowed. ONLY DOGS ARE ACCEPTED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax.
6. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)

**All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.

Find your best deal:

• In the Southport area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• Summer is the most expensive season in the Southport area. To find the best value, try shifting your family's Southport vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
