4 bedroom/2 bath (jack and jill), kid friendly beach bungalow located on Ocean Isle Beach Canal #12.
Luggage elevator, open floor plan, and vaulted ceilings providing tons of natural light.
The sizable back deck provides another outdoor living space overlooking the canal. The canal features a floating dock to tie up your boat with painless access to the ICW. Appreciate swimming, paddle boarding(supplied), or kayaking in the canal or head down to the beach and appreciate the ocean breeze!

The indoor dining table seats 6 (additional chairs around the home) or savor your meals on the back deck. The kitchen has everything a prepare might need and a kitchen bar that seats 3.
A charcoal grille is supplied for cooking outside or enjoy one of the striking local eateries close by.

For the kids(modest or big!): Inside- board games, some toys, and coloring. A booster seat and pack n play are included. Portable gate to put at the top or bottom of the outdoor stairs. Outside-over the door basketball, swing, ring toss, corn hole, crab pot off the dock.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities.
