THE LOCATION

Villa Serena is located on the East end of Holden Beach in a private gated community called Dunescape. Dunescape's amenities include a huge outdoor pool, tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts, a private boardwalk and nature trails throughout the area. The community center also features bathrooms and shower's making coming back from the beach a breeze!

Villa Serena is located on a cul-de-sac only a short 5-min. walk from the amenities. You and your guests are ensured privacy in this comfortable getaway along with beautiful vistas from every angle. There are numerous ways to access the beach from this property, the closest one being only a 2-min. walk away. The sand will hit your toes in no time!


PROPERTY DETAILS

This property comes completely outfitted with all the amenities you need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with parking and lighting for up to 8 cars. There is an outdoor pool in the Dunescape community center along with basketball, volleyball and tennis courts for guest use. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living area. This home has a cavernous yard for you and your event to savor grilling out on the propane gas grille all while appreciating a game of corn-hole or ping-pong (boards included)! The decks from both levels of the home are equipped with cozy furnishings to appreciate the unobstructed ocean vistas!

All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make check-in smooth! Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure.

Room 3: Twin/Full Bunkbed with a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out.

There is a reading/additional room located off of the living room that has a pull-out sleeper couch (Full).

There is a half bath located off the living room.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.

Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.

Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

Pet Policy

Villa Serena is a Pet Friendly Property for a $150 non-returnable pet fee. You can bring up to two family family pets. The additional pet is $100. Sizable dogs welcome! Homeowner Approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated, and cannot be left outside. No pets are allowed on the furnishings or beds. No pets are allowed in the pool. You will be charged an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please e-mail us a copy of your pets most refreshed vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval, an additional fee will be applied to your stay. Please send approval information at least 1 week in advance of your stay date.


CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach. Stellar Beach highly recommends purchasing traveler insurance!

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.

We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Planet Fun and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
