Located just steps from your private beach access (between 1135 & 1139 OBW), this home blends classic coastal appeal with modern upgrades. Recent updates include a new pool deck, fresh interior painting, upgraded HVAC system, double oven, and classy interior accessories.

Inside, you’ll find two roomy master suites along with two additional bedrooms and a total of three full bathrooms, offering plenty of room for families and groups. The entirely equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining, featuring dual ovens and two dishwashers for added convenience. The open living area invites gathering and relaxation, complete with a gas fireplace (available October–April), TVs, ceiling fans, and a queen sleeper couch.
