Unbelievable location! Our 4 bedroom, ocean front home is the ideal family vacation spot! There are 3 bedrooms in the main home and a guest crofter. Our home has a traditional floorplan with a cavernous, open design. The living, dining and kitchen are on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs including a sizable master suite over looking the ocean. Savor the broad back porch while watching the spectacular sunsets. We have 2 golf carts for your enjoyment, beach gear and wifi.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and places you would've never otherwise known about!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a fantastic time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
