Unbelievable location! Our 4 bedroom, ocean front home is the ideal family vacation spot! There are 3 bedrooms in the main home and a guest crofter. Our home has a traditional floorplan with a cavernous, open design. The living, dining and kitchen are on the first floor. The other 3 bedrooms are located upstairs including a huge master suite over looking the ocean. Appreciate the broad back porch while watching the spectacular sunsets. We have 2 golf carts for your enjoyment, beach gear and wifi.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
• The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.

• Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
