Upstairs, one of the bedrooms has a king, and the other one has a queen. All bedrooms have TVs. There are two bathrooms on each level.

Conveniences include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer, blender, iron, and unsecure Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats eight, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
