This charmingly furbished brand freshly constructed 7 bedroom waterfront modren home is a great choice for a enormous family group with tons of room.
Just 400 yards from the beach access, and 1/2 mile from parking at the sea front Isles Beach Club pool. Pool privileges supplied for all visitors of 123 Via Soundside Dr. The Isles Beach Club is an sea front private pool that also has an striking restaurant.
On the West side of the island, about 1.6 miles from the island center, the 123 Via Soundside has a magnificent location. The sunsets you will see from the back outdoor space are picture ideal.
