Pelicans Perch is a short ride away from the handsome outdoor pool complex complete with an indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise facility. Sea Trail is a impressive neighborhood with walking and cycling trails and award-winning golf!

Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few mins.. We are also walking/cycling distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and vistas of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious eateries, coffee shop, gift stores and ice cream.
