The Historic Gorgeous Loft occupies the entire third floor of the Cummings-Taylor House — an 1889 Victorian triplex on one of the most impressive cobblestone streets in Wilmington's Historic District. ???? Triplex Living: The Historic Gem is one of three apartments in a historic triplex. As with any well-appreciated old building, you may occasionally hear light sounds from neighboring units—it’s all part of the appeal!

???? Primary Guest: The guest who made the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.

???? ???? No Parties or Events: Because we are located in a historic residential neighborhood, we maintain a strict no-events policy out of respect for our neighbors and the building.

???? No Smoking Indoors: There is no smoking indoors, please. However, the porch is all yours.

???? Care of the Home: The Historic Emerald Gem is professionally maintained to a standard we're genuinely proud of. To preserve the quality of our linens and finishes, please refrain from using bleach-based cleaning products during your stay—our team handles all the deep cleaning between guests.

???? Fragrance-Free Space: To keep the air clear and comfortable for guests with sensitivities, please leave incense, essential oil diffusers, and similar fragrance items at home.
