The space
Welcome to the Garden Suite at Casa Verde — a attractively designed first-floor getaway inside our historic triplex in downtown Wilmington. This private suite offers the ideal blend of charm, comfort, and modern convenience, ideal for couples, friends, or modest groups looking to experience the area in style.

The suite features two cavernous bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for up to six guests. You’ll also appreciate a completely supplied kitchen with everything needed for cooking and dining, along with thoughtful amenities to make your stay effortless.

One of the highlights of the space is the sizable private patio with direct backyard access — ideal for morning coffee, calming after a day exploring downtown/close by beaches, or simply enjoying an evening under the lights.

Guests will also enjoy high-speed WiFi, blackout curtains for restful sleep, three intelligent TVs (one in each bedroom and the living room), and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

If you’re traveling with a bigger group, you have the option to rent both suites within Casa Verde together, creating the ultimate group experience with four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Guest access
Guests staying in the Garden Suite will enjoy full access to their private first-floor unit including the balcony and backyard.

Please note:
The entrance to the home is shared with the Terrace Suite upstairs, but both units are completely separate and each has its own keyless entry lock, ensuring full privacy throughout your stay.

Please note:
There is a separate third unit located behind the home that may be rented during your stay. That unit has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the interior of Casa Verde. The front yard and sidewalk are shared spaces, as they provide access to both the main home and the rear unit.

A modest section of the backyard is fenced off and designated for the rear unit guests, while the remaining backyard space is for Casa Verde guests to enjoy.

Other things to note
We want your stay to feel comfortable, convenient, and anxiety-complimentary from the moment you arrive. The home includes 2 parking passes for guest use throughout your stay.

Please note:
The home accommodates up to 6 guests. There are two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. For additional guests, a queen-size self-inflating air bed is supplied and can be set up in the common area or bedroom space as needed. Please note that this is an air bed rather than a traditional bed, so it may be best suited for kids or guests who are comfortable with flexible sleeping arrangements.

You’ll find two fully equipped kitchens outfitted with essentials for cooking, dining, and entertaining. Each guest is supplied with a full set of fresh towels, and bathrooms are outfitted with three rolls of toilet paper. Each kitchen includes two rolls of paper towels for your convenience.

We provide premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to elevate your experience, along with complimentary snacks to help you settle in. Laundry detergent and dish detergent are also supplied.

For families traveling with little ones, we have a Pack ’n Play available upon request.
