Charcoal grille, enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold, nice ocean and creek view, covered porch with rocking chairs, deck. 2 family pets allowed. Laminate floor in the living room and kitchen. Coconut-colored maple cabinets and granite-look counter-tops in the kitchen. Washer and dryer located on ground level (access is from exterior ground level).
