The primary residence features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with a comfortable layout ideal for families or couples traveling together. The open living space flows effortlessly into the kitchen and dining area, creating a warm, welcoming ambiance.

Guest Apartment (Ground Floor):
Ideal for extended family or guests seeking privacy, the separate ground-floor apartment includes:

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is fashionable for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and cycling for those who like to stay on land.
