Location can't get any better. 4 miles from the beach of Oak island, one mile from the famed Southport Ferry. The upgraded, costal historic Condo is in the heart of town, where all the best eateries, stores, and live entertainment, yet you still feel and see the view of the deep blue water.
Let's not forget the private rear courtyard with in-ground pool! You have so much privacy in the pool, and no one else will share it with you.
