This light and bright oceanfront home features fun oceanside bungalow décor welcomes you in from the beach, which can be accessed from your private walkway.

Appreciate the gorgeous ocean view from the broad, covered front porch and the cavernous kitchen/living area, which offers plenty of seating for dining or watching movies. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your oceanside meals.

The upstairs loft features a spectacular view and more comfortable seating. Updates are constant here, and 2024 brought new carpeting upstairs along with some renovations and new paint in the bedrooms. Conveniences include central air-conditioning and heat, fiber-optic WiFi, intelligent TVs with Roku, a wet bar, a washer/dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, a lockable storage room under the home, parking under the home, a propane grille, and plenty of parking.

  • Go through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
