Step onto the inviting rocking-chair front porch and enter a bright, welcoming entry. The main floor features two versatile bedrooms and a full bath, ideal for guests or setting up a home office. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, another full bath, and a dedicated laundry area, while the top-floor king suite features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable reading nook, and a private workspace.

The heart of the home is the great room, where soaring ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace create a striking space for entertaining. A screened porch offers relaxing vistas of the live oak canopy, and the adjacent dining area is surrounded by windows, connecting seamlessly to the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a roomy pantry, and a striking greenhouse window.

Check-in and out days in the summer season are Friday-Friday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times: 3:30 pm property check-in and 9 a.m. property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00 pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30 am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.
