Our peaceful, shining-clean, and freshly refreshed condo is just steps from the beach and pool—ideal for a calming hideaway. Start your morning with coffee on the private balcony while listening to the calming sounds of the ocean. Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable living space, a entirely equipped kitchen (brand-new!), and a cozy master bedroom.

With a marvelous location across from the beach, and just a short walk to Freeman Park, there’s always something to do! Take a fast walk to the North Pier, where you can appreciate a delicious burger or exhilarating drink at High Tide Parlor.

Beach Access Update:
The Sea Oats Lane beach access is currently closed due to beach erosion repairs. But no worries! You have two close by access points:
- Salt Marsh Beach Access (to the north)
- Sand Fiddler Lane Access (to the south)
Both are just 0.1 miles away—about a 3-min. walk from your front door to the sand!

What’s Included?
As our guest, you’ll have full access to the condo and all amenities:

Private Balcony – Overlooks the pool, ideal for morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.
Entirely Stocked Kitchen – Includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig & drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, cookware, and more.
Entertainment – Flat-screen TVs in the living room & bedroom with cable and high-speed WiFi.
Essentials Supplied – Fresh linens, towels, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Pool & Parking – Savor access to the pool (pool code supplied) and 2 parking passes (covered parking is first-come, first-served, with overflow parking available).
Laundry – Available upon request for guests staying 5+ nights.
